Mum Savoeun aka Muny, deputy chief of company, division 290, confessed that Sa Chin, chief of platoon, was indoctrinated to be disloyal to the party by Chea Ry. Moreover, Sa Chin was responsible to persuade combatants to defect their unit, under the nomination of Chea Ry.
