On June 21, 1979, Mr. Se-Chhon, cadre of the ministry of interior charged with the investigation and Mr. Ouk- Chandara, secretary make a proces-verbal of Mr Rous Riris declaration. He is 35 years old, Khmer nationality, a cement-worker of Kampot. His family had 16 persons and 11 of them were killed by the Pol Pot clique.
