Yim Proeung, working in battalion 71, state warehouse at kilometer 6, confessed that he and Rem worked together in the same cell. In April 1974, when soldiers were attacking with the enemy, Rem ordered soldiers to pull out from the frontline, causing 10 revolutionary soldiers died. In April 1975, Rem attended the meeting and received the plot from Muoy, living in Phnom Penh, to sabotage the revolution.
យឹម ព្រឿង ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាតូច៧១ គីឡូលេខ៦ បាននិយាយថា ខ្លួន និង រ៉ែម នៅកងជាមួយគ្នា រ៉ែមក្បត់តាមការអប់រំរបស់ មួយ អនុកងពលឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋកំពង់សោម។ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅពេល ដែលជាប់ដៃវ៉ៃជាមួយខ្មាំង រ៉ែម បានបញ្ជាអោយដកកងទ័ព បណ្ដាលអោយពលីយុទ្ធជនបដិវត្ដ១០នាក់។ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ រ៉ែម បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការវិចេ្ឆទកម្មប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដពីឈ្មោះ មួយ នៅភ្នំពេញ។
