Yim Dam, train worker, confessed that Uong Ken, train worker of Kampong Som, convinced workers to hate the revolution and spied on Khmer Rouge's cadre activities in train unit. In April 1976, Uong Ken indoctinated Yim Dam to build up CIA forces and to convince people who lived in Kampong Tuol and Kampong Chen to revolt against the revolution.
យឹម ដាំ កម្មកររថភ្លើង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អួង កែន កម្មកររថភ្លើង នៅកំពង់សោម ថាបានបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ និងតាមដាន សកម្មភាពខ្មែរក្រហមក្នុងអង្គភាពរថភ្លើង។ នៅខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ អួង កែន បានបានណែនាំវា«យឹម ដាំឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា បំផុសយុវជនប្រជាជន នៅកំពង់ទួល និង កំពង់ចិន ឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
