Min Neng confessed that Sot Sopheap joined the CIA within Pech Ban's network. In May 1975, Sopheap had the link with Pech Ban at power plant and received the plans to destroy machines. After Angkar transferred Pech Ban, Sot Sopheap did not dare to carry out activities.
ឈ្មោះ មិន ណេង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សុត សុភាព ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែពេជ បាន។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ សុភាព ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ ទាក់ទងជាមួយពេជ បាននៅអគ្គិសនី ហើយបានទទួលផែនការ ឱ្យកំទេចម៉ាស៊ីន។ ក្រោយពីអង្គការជម្លៀសពេជ បានចេញ សុត សុភាពមិនហ៊ានធ្វើសកម្មភាពទៀតទេ។
