Min Neng confessed that Haing Bunthan was a CIA network of Pech Ban. In May 1975, Bunthan recontacted Pech Ban's network working in power plant 2. After, the Angkar sent Pech Ban out, Bunthan continued to carry out an traitorous activity, instead of Pech Ban.
ឈ្មោះ មិន ណេង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហាំង ប៊ុនថន ជាខ្សែ សេអ៊ីអារបស់ ពេជ បាន។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ប៊ុនថន បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ ជាមួយពេជ បានឡើងវិញនៅអគ្គិសនីទី២។ នៅពេលអង្គការ ជម្លៀសពេជ បានចេញ ហាំង ប៊ុនថន ដើរដឹកនាំបក្ខពួកធ្វើ សកម្មភាពក្បត់បន្ដពីពេជ បាន។
