Min Neng confessed that Pech Ban convinced Moeun to join the CIA in 1973. In May 1975, Chea Moeun linked former network with others hiding in Power Plant 2, and also assigned Pech Ban to recruit workers as hidden network.
ឈ្មោះ មិន ណេង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ពេជ បាន បាននាំជា មឿន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ជា មឿនបាន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែចាស់វិញនៅអគ្គិសនីទី២ ហើយបានទទួលផែនការពីពេជបាន ឱ្យឃោសនាប្រមូលកម្លាំងកម្មករ។
