Meas Bun Than aka Mei, Member of Big Cell, Division 310, confessed that in September 1976, Phat, Soldier of Regiment, Division 450, was responsible to lead combatants to fight to get Phnom Penh. Moreover, Phat assigned him to criticize the revolution for the fact that "did farming with water, ate rice; did farming with canals, ate gruel; staged socialism revolution, ate water green grass mixed with rice; staged communism revolution, ate only water green grass".
ឈ្មោះ មាស ប៊ុនថន ហៅ មី កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ផាត វរសេនាធំ កងពល ៤៥០ មានតួនាទីដឹកនាំទ័ពមួយ ផ្នែកវាយភំពេញនៅខែ៩-៧៦។ ផាត បានចាត់តាំងខ្លួនឱ្យដើរ ឃោសនាវាយប្រហារអង្គការថា «ធ្វើស្រែនឹងទឹកហូបបាយ ធ្វើស្រែ នឹងប្រឡាយហូបបបរ ធ្វើបដិវត្ដសង្គមនិយមហូបលាយត្រកួន ធ្វើបដិវត្ដកុម្មុយនិស្ដនិយមហូបត្រកួនសុទ្ធ»។
