Mean Chong, soldier of Office of Division 502, conceded to the fact of Soeun, Chief of Group of Division 502 Office. In January 1976, Soeun received education on his treacherous activities. Soeun spread a campaign among soldiers over inadequate food.
ឈ្មោះ មាន ចុង យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សឿន ប្រធានក្រុមនៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៥០២ថាៈ នៅខែ១ ១៩៧៦ សឿន ទទួលការអប់រំក្បត់ពីវា។ សឿន បានឃោសនាក្នុងចំណោម យុទ្ធជនពីបញ្ហាស៊ីចុកមិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់។
