Thy Ouch, female, 55 years old and lives in Tuol Prasat village, Tomnop Dach commune, Trapeang Prasat district, Oddar Meanchey province. Ouch៌s husband is Nuon Mokh. Ouch has six daughters and two sons. Ouch is a farmer.
Ouch was born in Koh Myeul village, Koh Nhek commune, Koh Nhek district, Mondul Kiri province. Ouch left home since she was 10 years old and she did not remember about her parent៌s name. Ouch did not go to school when she was young. Ouch joined the KR since after the coup d៌état in 1970. First, she worked at economic unit of Koh Nhek district. She was responsible for rice warehouse and she had duty to provide rice to each cooperative within Koh Nhek district. Ouch was in the economic unit until the KR collapsed in 1979. In 1977, Ouch witnessed KR detained people in the district office and the KR took the people by truck away in night time, and when the truck returned to the office, Ouch saw only people៌s shoes. A few days after, Ouch also witnessed dogs pulled bodies out from a grave that she estimated around 20 bodies in the grave. When the Vietnamese arrived in Cambodia in 1979, Ouch fled into forest and climbed up Dangrek Mountain at the KR military base [1001] near Tonle Ropeou. There, Ouch was in Division 801. Son Sen was a chief of the base. Aftermath, Ouch moved to live with [Ta] Mok at the military base [1003]. Ouch was in transportation unit. [Ta] Pin was a chief of the unit. In 1990, [Ta] Mok paved a road down to Anlong Veng and he created as villages, communes for his soldiers, and then he allowed his soldiers live in order of their divisions. In 1993, the KR boycotted from first general election. In 1998, KR integrated with the Cambodian government and people have freedom to do their jobs and religions. ធី អ៊ូច អាយុ៥៥ឆ្នាំ មានប្ដីឈ្មោះ នួន មុខ អាយុ៧១ឆ្នាំ មានកូន៨នាក់ ស្រី៦ប្រុស ២នាក់ សព្វថៃ្ងរស់នៅភូមិទួលប្រាសាទ ឃុំទំនប់ដាច់ ស្រុកត្រពាំងប្រាសាទ ខេត្ដឧត្ដរមានជ័យ។ អ៊ូច មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិកោះមាយើ ឃុំកោះញែក ស្រុកកោះញែក ខេត្ដមណ្គលគីរី។ អ៊ូច ចេញ ពីផ្ទះមកតាំងពីអាយុបានត្រឹម១០ឆ្នាំ មកដល់ឥឡូវភេ្លចឈ្មោះឪពុកម្ដាយអស់ហើយ។ អ៊ូច កាលពី តូចមិនបានរៀនសូត្រទេ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ពេលរដ្ឋប្រហារហើយបានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលធ្វើបដិវត្ដ មុន ដំបូងធ្វើការនៅខាងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចស្រុក កាន់ខាងឃ្លាំងចាំបើកអង្ការឱ្យទៅតាមសកហរណ៍តាមឃុំផេ្សងៗ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ដល់១៩៧៩ អ៊ូច នៅខាងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចស្រុកកោះញែករហូត អង្គការបានផ្លាស់ឱ្យទៅទី ណាទៀតទេ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ឃើញយោធាដឹកប្រជាជនទាំងឡានមានមនុស្សជិះពេញៗហើយបាន មកឈប់សម្រាកនៅមន្ទីរស្រុក ដល់ពេលយប់ឃើញដឹកចេញទៅបាត់ ពេលឡានត្រឡប់មកវិញឃើញ មានឡានមកទទេនិងឃើញមានមានទ្រនាប់ជើង ដល់ពីរទៅបីថៃ្ងក្រោយមកឃើញក្បាលមនុស្សដែលឆែ្កា ចចកអូញចែកគ្នាស៊ី ហើយឃើញមានរណ្ដៅសាកសពជាច្រើនក្នុងរណ្ដៅប្រហែលជា២០នាក់។ អ៊ូច បានឃើញដឹកប្រជាជននិងឃើញសាកសពដោយផ្ទាល់ភ្នែក។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ ពេលកងទ័ពវៀតណាម ចូលមកដល់ អ៊ូច បានរត់ចូលពៃ្រទៅតាមអង្គភាពរហូតដល់ច្រក១០០១ កងពល៨០១ តាសារឿន តាមឿន និងបានស្គាល់លោក សុន សេន នៅទីនោះដែរ កាលនោះប្រុសៗនៅសមរភូមិមុខធ្វើ សង្គ្រាមជាមួយទាហានវៀតណាមនិងទាហានរដ្ឋាភិបាល ចំណែកស្រ្ដីនៅសមរភូមិក្រោយខ្លះមិនទាន់មាន គ្រួសារអង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យជួយជញ្ជូនគ្រាប់ខ្លះនៅជួយបិតចំរូង។ ក្រោយមកទៀត អ៊ូច បានមករស់ នៅច្រក១០០៣ វិញ ជាមួយតាម៉ុក នៅកងដឹកជញ្ជូនជាមួយ តាពីន។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៩០ តាម៉ុក បានធ្វើផ្លូវចុះមកពីលើភ្នំនាំប្រជាជនឱ្យមករស់នៅតាមជើងភ្នំវិញនិងបានបង្កើតភូមិទៅតាមអង្គភាព។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣ កម្លាំងខែ្មរក្រហមមិនបានបោះឆ្នោតទេ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៨៩ កម្លាំងខែ្មរក្រហមបានធ្វើ សមាហរណ៍កម្មជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល ទើបប្រជាជនរស់នៅបានសុខសប្បាយប្រកបរបរធ្វើស្រែចម្ការ រស់នៅមានសិទ្ធសេរីភាពគ្រប់គ្រាន់ មានសាសនាប្រពៃណីឡើងវិញ មិនដូចជំនាន់ខែ្មរក្រហមទេ។
