Mach, battalion 310, confessed that Voeung aka Oeun, division 310, was a person, who waited to take plan from Nhem, and then carried out it. Moreover, Oeun was responsible to build up forces, and to invite traitorous network hiding division 310 to join the meeting in order to strengthen their standpoints and to train how to conceal the secret plan.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ាច វរសេនាតូចអង្គភាព ៣១០ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ វឿង ហៅ អឿន កងពល ៣១០ ជាអ្នកចាំទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ញ៉ែម យកមកអនុវត្ដន៍។ អឿន មានភារកិច្ចទទួលខុសត្រូវប្រមូល កម្លាំង បានហៅបក្សពួកក្បត់មួយចំនួននៅ កងពល ៣១០ មកពង្រឹងជំហរ លក្ខការណ៍សម្ងាត់។
