Man Sambo confessed that Hoeng Hoeun aka Kit, working in power plant 2, worked as C.I.A member in Tit Kung's network and Thai Sovantha's network. In July 1975, Hoeun re-linked with his former network in power plant 2, and accepted plan from Tit Kung with him to convince workers to revolt against the revolution and to destroy machines.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ន សំបូរ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ហឹង ហឿន ហៅ គិត នៅអគិ្គសនីទី ២ ជាសេអ៊ីអាកុ្នងខ្សែរបស់ ទិត គង់ និង ថៃ សុវ៉ាន់ថា។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ ហឿន បានមកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែចាស់នៅ អគិ្គសនីទី ២វិញ និងបានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ទិត គង់ ជាមួយខ្លួន ឱ្យបំផុសកម្មករប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដនិងឱ្យកំទេចម៉ាស៊ីន។
