Man Sambo confessed that Sam Kan joined the CIA in 1972 within the network of Tit Kung. In July 1975, Sam Kan recontacted his former network hiding in power plant 2. After the Angkar pulled Tit Kung out, Sam Kan contacted Sophuong Bopha and received a plot to destroy machines' spare parts in factory together with Man Sambo.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ន សំបូរ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សំ កន ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ក្នុងខ្សែទិត គង់។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៥ សំ កនបានភ្ជាប់ ខ្សែចាស់វិញនៅអគ្គិសនីទី២។ ក្រោយមកអង្គការដកទិត គង់ ចេញ សំ កន បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយសូភួង បូផា ហើយបានទទួលផែនការ ឱ្យកំទេចគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីនក្នុងរោងចក្រជាមួយម៉ន សំបូរ។
