Treaty of principle solving border issue between Socialist Republic of Vietnam and People's Republic of Cambodia under the purpose of strengthing and extending the relationship between Cambodia-Vietnam on foundation of mutual respect on independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, solidarity, and mutual support on all domains. Based on the 4th article of treaty of friendship and cooperation between Cambodia-Vietnam Signed on February 18, 1979.
សន្ធិសញ្ញាស្ដីពីគោលការណ៍ ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយព្រំដែនរវាង សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយម វៀតណាម ដោយមានបំណងពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកឥតឈប់ឈរ នូវទំនាក់ទំនងពិសេសរវាងកម្ពុជា និងវៀតណាម លើមូលដ្ឋាន គោរពទៅវិញទៅមកនូវឯករាជ្យ អធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាព ដែនដី បង្កើនយុទ្ធសាមគ្គីភាព និងការជួយឧបត្ថម្ភគ្នាលើគ្រប់វិស័យ។ ដោយអនុវត្ដប្រការ៤នៃសន្ធិសញ្ញាមិត្ដភាព និង សហប្រតិការរវាងសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋ ប្រជាមានិតវៀតណាម ដែលបានចុះហត្ថលេខានៅថ្ងៃទី ១៨ ខែ កុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩។
