Government of People's Republic of Cambodia and Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed signature on February 18, 1976 on the treaty of friendship, and cooperation between both state to respect on independence soveriegnty, territorial integrity, and for the advantages of special relationship between Cambodia-Vietnam to strengthen the security along the border.
រាដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃ សាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម បានចុះហត្ថលេខានាថ្ងៃទី ១៨ ខែ កុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩ ដែលព្រមព្រៀងលើសន្ធិសញ្ញាសន្ដិភាព មិត្ដភាព និងសហប្រតិបត្ដិការរវាងរដ្ឋទាំងពីរលើមូលដ្ឋាននៃការ គោរពឯករាជ្យ អធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាពដែនដីនីមួយៗ និងក្នុងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃទំនាក់ទំនងពិសេសកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម សំដៅពង្រឹងសន្ដិសុខក្នុងបណ្ដាតំបន់ព្រំដែនរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។
