He allegedly joined the C.I.A in 1965 and encouraged drunkards and gangsters to join the C.I.A tracking and killing Khmer Rouge. In 1970, he worked for the KR with the rank of Chief of a military base, in Region 4, encouraging soldiers to destroy weapons and to be afraid of war and encouraging people to flee to the regions which were under the control of Lon Nol and destroying rice, causing people to live in starvation. He allegedly built up a C.I.A network to oppose the KR. He was arrested on 18th October, 1977.
គាត់បានចូលជា សេ អ៊ី អា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៥ និង បានលើកទឹកចិត្ដ អ្នកប្រមឹក និង ជនពាលឱ្យចូលបម្រើ សេ អ៊ី អា ធ្វើការតាមដាន និង ធ្វើការសម្លាប់ខ្មែរក្រហម។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ គាត់បានធ្វើការឱ្យខ្មែរ ក្រហមជាមួយនឹងឋានៈមេបញ្ជាការមូលដ្ឋានយោធានៅតំបន់៤, ធ្វើការ លើកទឹកចិត្ដទាហាដើម្បីបំផ្លាញអាវុធ និង ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យខ្លាចនឹងសង្គ្រាម និង លើកទឹកចិត្ដប្រជាជនរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ដែលបានគ្រប់គ្រងដោយ លន់ នល់ និង បំផ្លាញអង្ករ, បណ្ដាលឱ្យប្រជាជនរស់នៅក្នុងការស្រែកឃ្លាន។ គាត់បានបង្កើតបណ្ដាញ សេ អ៊ី អា ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងនឹងខ្មែរក្រហម។។ គាត់បានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
