Ty Srin, called Mut 36 year old former secretary of zone 22 the protocol of ministry of foreign affair, born in Kanleng Chork village, Mean subdistrict, Ouh Rang Ao District, 24 Region, Northern Zone, reported to Angkar about his traitorous action before he was arrested on by Angkar on June 01, 1977.
