Makk Rann Dy, soldier, conceded that Mum Chhum, former student in Daem Sdao village, Chy He sub-district, Chy He district, joined the C.I.A with the networks of Chhang Song. Mum Chhum received plan from the C.I.A to destroy Chup rubber plantation, weapon warehouses, and fuel stations. Mum Chhum was forcibly evacuated to live in Daem Sdao village, Chy He sub-district. Makk Rann Dy didn't confirm Mum Chhum's activities in detail.
