Seng Ra, male, 60 years old and lives in Sen Sok village, Tomnop Dach commune, Trapeang Prasat distirct, Oddar Meanchey province. Ra was born in Bakan village, Dang Kambit commune, Sandan district, Kampong Thom province. Ra has only one sister.
