Man Sim aka Riem, Chief of Division 310 Group, confessed that Seng, soldier of Division 310, betrayed the revolution through his indoctrination. In August 1975, Seng and his network attended the meeting, and received a plot to collect weapon, ammunition, rice and salt from houses in Phnom Penh; moreover, those were properly hidden.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ាន ស៊ីម ហៅ រៀម ប្រធានក្រុមនៅកងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សេង យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៣១០ បានក្បត់តាម ការអប់រំពីវា។ នៅខែ៨-៧៥ សេង វានិងបក្ខពួកបានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការដើររើសអាវុធ គ្រាប់រំសេវ រកអង្ករ អំបិល នៅតាមផ្ទះនៅភ្នំពេញយកទៅលាក់ទុក។
