Khieu Ches Aka Poue "a former combatant at office S-21" In Banteay Meas Village, Sep Commune Kampong Tralach district, Kampong Chhnang Province. In 1975, Poue was assigned to serve the soldier at stung Prek Tnaot (Takhmau) By Angkar, and then went to training at technical school during Poue finished Angkar assigned to guard at Tuol Bvay Prey High shod. In 1977, Poue had a free and driving at division 502.
សម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយ ខៀវ ចេស ហៅ ពៅ «អតីតយុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរស-២១» សព្វថ្ងៃរស់នៅភូមិបន្ទាយមាស ឃុំសែប ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រឡាច ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ពៅ ត្រូវអង្គការបញ្ជូនឱ្យទៅធ្វើកងទ័ព នៅស្ទឹងព្រែកត្នោត(តាខ្មៅ) បន្ទាប់មកទៅរៀននៅ សាលាបចេ្ចកទេស។ ក្រោយពីហាត់រៀនចប់ ពៅ ក៏ត្រូវអង្គការផ្លាស់ ទៅនៅវិទ្យាល័យទួលស្វាយព្រៃមានតួនាទីជាកងការពារអ្នទោស។ ពៅ ត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ដាក់គុករយៈពេលមួយខែកន្លះនៅមន្ទីរស-២១។ ពៅ បានរួចពីគុកនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ រួចហើយអង្គការបានបញ្ជូនឱ្យទៅបើក ឡាននៅកងពល៥០២ វិញ។
