សម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយឈ្មោះ ណុល «អតីតយុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរស-២១» សព្វថ្ងៃ រស់នៅភូមិតាសុក ឃុំសែប ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រឡាច ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ណុល ត្រូវបានអង្គការបញ្ជូនឱ្យទៅហ្វឹកហ្វឺននៅតាខ្មៅ។ ក្រោយមក ណុល ត្រូវផ្លាស់ឱ្យមកធ្វើស្រែនៅព្រៃស បន្ទាប់មកទៅ ចិញ្ចឹមជ្រូកនៅស្ពានជ្រោយតាអោក។ ណុល ត្រូវអង្គការបញ្ជូនឱ្យទៅ វ៉ៃយួននៅទល់ដែនខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង។
