Long Sam-oeun aka Kun, Chief of State Garment, confessed to the fact of Sean, Secretary of Rubber Plantation, Ms. Moeun, Chief of Women of Region 42, and Chan, Secretary of Region 42. The three were Khuon's close subordinates. Khuon was a traitorous cadre who was a mastermind of counter-party attack. In 1973, during the air attack, the networks spread campaign within the people to meet for talks by using B-52 bombers as a threat. On April 17, 1975, they used all means to play a trick in blocking the country-building process of the party.
ឈ្មោះ ឡុង សំអឿន ហៅ គុន ប្រធានកាត់ដេររដ្ឋ បានឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ ស៊ាន លេខចំការកៅស៊ូ, នារីមឿន ប្រធាននារីតំបន់ ៤២ និង ចន លេខាតំបន់ ៤២ ថាៈ ពួកទាំងបីនាក់នេះជាមនុស្ស ជំនិតរបស់ ឃួន កម្មាភិបាលក្បត់ដែលម្ចាស់ការក្នុងផែនការ អនុវត្ដន៍វាយបក្ស។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ សង្គ្រាមអាកាសគឺពួកនេះឯង ដើរឃោសនាឱ្យប្រជាជនសុំចរចារដោយបន្លាចពីយន្ដហោះបេ៥២។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ រហូតដល់បច្ចុប្បន្នបានប្រើ ឧបាយកលរាំងខ្ទប់ដំណើរកសាងប្រទេសរបស់បក្ស។
