Long Sam-oeur aka Kun, Chief of State Garment, confessed to the fact of Em, Mei, Sokh, Min, Uong, Hong, Yeng, Thung, Sem and Srass, cadre of Speu. The ten were his subordinate and assumed the responsibility for persuading people to get tired with the revolutionary regime.
ឈ្មោះ ឡុង សំអឿ ហៅ គុន ប្រធានកាត់ដេររដ្ឋឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អែម, មី, សុខ, មិន, អួង, ហុង, យ៉េង, ធុង, សេម និង ស្រស់ ជាកម្មាភិបាលនៅស្ពឺ ថាៈ ពួក១០នាក់នេះជាថ្នាក់ក្រោមរបស់វា ហើយមានតួនាទីឃោសនាប្រជាជនឱ្យនឿយណាយនឹងរបបបដិវត្ដ។
