Long Sam Oeun aka Kun, Chief of State Garment, confessed that Sean, Moeung, and Chan were close friends of Khuon, traitorous cadre. Sean, Moeung, and Chan were responsible for carrying out plan to strike the party. During the air war 1973, they were in charge of convincing people to negotiate with [the enemy] by frightening them into the aircraft B-52's bombing. After April 17, 1975 they still carried out the tactics to stop the process of developing the party's country.
