Lou Ly aka Ra, Soldier of Logistical Division 310, conceded that Yeat, working in Battalion 314, Division 310, nominated him and other networks to carry out the plan to mobilize forces, to assassinate soldiers and cadres, and to prepare equipment and foodstuff in order to strike the revolution in early 1977.
