Ly Ang, Chief of Bom factory, water transport, conceded that Pon was a chief of Svay Meas rubber plantation in October 1973. Pon attended the meeting and embraced Khuon's plot to mobilize forces. In October 1974, Pon once again accepted Khuon's plan to dispatch the treacherous forces to conduct activities in Phnom Penh.
ឈ្មោះ លី អាង ប្រធានរោងបុម្ខដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងទឹក បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ពោន ជាប្រធានចំការកៅស៊ូស្វាយមាសនៅខែ១០-៧៣។ ពោន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការប្រមូលកម្លាំងពីឈ្មោះ ឃួន។ នៅខែ១០-៧៤ ពោន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ឃួន ម្ដងទៀត ឱ្យបញ្ជូនកម្លាំងក្បត់មកធ្វើសកម្មភាពនៅសមរភូមិភ្នំពេញ។
