In 1973 Him Huy served soldier in Battalion 112, special zone, 1975 Huy removed to unit 143, division 703, and Huy hold been wounded and the Angkar assigned to guard at Toek La Ak water supply Authority in 1976- 1977, Huy removed to interrogation office at the S-21 office (Tuol Sleng Prison).
ហ៊ឹម ហ៊ុយ ចូលធ្វើទាហានឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ នៅវរសេនាតូច១១២ ប្រចាំភូមិភាគពិសេស។ ក្រោយឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ផ្លាស់ទៅវរៈ១៤៣ កងពល៧០៣វិញ រួចហើយក៏ត្រូវរបួសសម្រាកព្យាបាលរបួសនៅ មន្ទីរពេទ្យ។ ចេញពីពេទ្យមកវិញ អង្គការបានចាត់តាំងគាត់ទៅយាម នៅរដ្ឋករទឹកនៅទឹកល្អក់។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦-១៩៧៧ ផ្លាស់ទៅធ្វើការ នៅកន្លែងសួរចម្លើយអ្នកទោសនៅមន្ទីរស-២១ (គុកទួលស្លែង)។
