Nuth Savoeun, a combatant in Doh Kanchor station and vorn in Krong Cham Bak Village, Pean Raong commune Prey veng district, Prey Veng province, Region 20 east zone. In December 1975, Savoeun served Revolution and then Angkar removed to office Ph-6 for made medicine of ministry of social Affairs. In middle 1976, Savoeun, served CIA by Muon Nary, a chief of women Ph-6, for treasonous activities and the Savoeun was arrested by Angkar Because of treasonous aconites.
មុនអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន នុត សាវឿន ជាយុទ្ធជននៅការដ្ឋានធ្វើស្ថានីយ៍ នៅដោះកញ្ជរ ក្រសួងរទេះភ្លើង។ សាវឿន កើតនៅភូមិក្រាំងចំបក់ ឃុំពានរោង ស្រុកព្រៃវែង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង តំបន់២០ ភូមិភាគបូព៌ា។ សាវឿន ចូលបដិវត្ដន៍ នៅខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ រួចហើយអង្គការបាន បញ្ជូនមកធ្វើការនៅមន្ទីរផ-៦ ដើម្បីផលិតថ្នាំពេទ្យរបស់ក្រសួង សង្គមកិច្ច។ ពាក់កណ្ដាលឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ មួន នារី ប្រធាននារីផ-៦ អប់រំឱ្យចូលខ្សែសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយគាត់ ដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ បដិវត្ដន៍។ សាវឿន បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់បដិវត្ដជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់រហូត ដល់ថ្ងៃអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន។
