Lach Yun aka Thun, admitted that Moeng Chhing aka Moeng Sopheap, Chief of Battalion 232, Regiment 23, Division 290, was a traitor. Lach Yun aka Thun knew the Moeng Chhing aka Moeng Sopheap was traitor, because Chhouk had told him. However, Nhem Samngatt said that Moeng Sopheap was responsible for investigating the party's activities and then reported them to him. In addition, Yuos Chhit aka Chum said that Moeng Sopheap was in charge of mobilizing forces to stage a demonstration. Moreover, Moeng Sopheap received plan from Chhouk for two times to strengthen hidden networks, and to assign them to provoke conflict in the revolutionary line.
ឈ្មោះ ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ បានឆ្លើយថា ម៉ឹង ឈឹង ហៅ មឹង សុភាព ក្បត់។ខ្លួនដឹងដោយសារឈ្មោះ ឈូក ជាអ្នកនិយាយប្រាប់។ ចំណែក ញ៉ែម សម្ងាត់ និយាយថា ម៉ឹង សុភាព ដើរយកការណ៍ ពីបក្សទៅរាយការណ៍ឱ្យខ្លួន«សម្ងាត់» ឯ យស់ ឈិត ហៅ ជុំ និយាយថា មុឹង ភាព មានភារកិច្ចរៀបចំទ័ពសំរាប់ការពារក្បួនដែល ធ្វើបាតុកម្ម។ មុឹង សុភាព ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការពី ឈូក ចំនួន ២ លើក ឱ្យពង្រឹងខ្សែបង្កប់ បង្កទំនាស់កុ្នងជួរបដិវត្ដ។
