Interviewed by Phalla Prum and Ian Haris with Sin Khin of Phnom Penh, On May 20, 2004. Sin Khin said that: Tep Vong was after Lon Sim. Tep Vong was ordianed after 7 January 1979. I ordianed Tep Vong because I was responsible for clothes of monks. I know the problem of arranging robe for monks because my uncle was in charge of robes, we also invited the monks-opachhear from Kampuchea krom too.
