Cambodian Deputy Premier Ieng Sary said in an interview that his country cities forcibly, forcibly evacuated three years ago, would be repopulated when Cambodian industries are developed "we are currently building our industry and when developed the population will be able to return to the cities" he told the newspaper Le Monde. Sary was speaking in Belgrade where he was attending the non aligned conference in his capacity as Foreign Minister.
