Since publication of the report concerning Pol Pot's health (Bangkok Post, November 19), we have recived new and strong confirmation that the Khmer Rouge leader has been in the People's Republic of China for some time now. It has also been confirmed that given his bad health, it is most unlikely he will ever return to the Kampuchean battlefront.
