Voice of the National Army of Democratic Kampuchea in Cambodian of 30th October message from Khieu Samphan to Norodom Sihanouk. On the advice of the samdech "Prince Sihanouk", H.E. Thiounn Prasith, DK permanent representative at the UN, has reported to me the essence of what Vietnam has proposed through the Australian Embassy. I am incomplete agreement with the Samdech's view and position with regard to this Vietnameses.
