Kann Sim aka Mon, Member of Small Cell, Factory K-1, confessed that Sa Um, Deputy Chief of Battalion 103, Regiment 160, Division 170, received counter-party plan from Chakrei and Saphan. In May 1976, Sa Um, Ponh Chin, and Sarin, met with him and laid down anti-party plan between April 17, 1976 and May 20, 1976. The plan, if aborted, would be postponed until December 1976.
ឈ្មោះ កាន់ ស៊ីម ហៅ ម៉ុន សមាជិកកងតូចរោងចក្រក-១ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាអ៊ុំ អនុយោធាវរសេនាតូច ១០៣ វរសេនាធំ ១៦០ កងពល ១៧០ បានទទួលផែនការវាយបក្សពីចក្រីនិងសាផាន។ នៅខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ សាអ៊ុំ, ប៉ុញ ជីន និង សារិន បាន ទៅជួប វាហើយដាក់ផែនការឱ្យវាយបក្សនៅថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៦ និង ថ្ងៃ២០ ឧសភា ១៩៧៦ បើមិនសំរេចលើកទៅខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។
