Indonesia, July 28, 1988 Reuter-Talks on a Kampuchea case settlement ended inconclusively Kampuchean facetions blaming each other for lack of progress. Khmer Rouge leader Khieu Samphan said in a statement had used the conference to make propaganda points and all Hun Sen's government a puppet of Hanoi. He said Vietnam wanted to occupy neighbouring Kampuchea forever.
