Cambodian officials were quoted to day as saying that a terrorist style attack that killed a Briton in Phnom Penh was motivated politically to show that the government could not protect its "Friends". They had arrived in Cambodia on 09 December. They each spoke separately with Cambodia's Prime Minister Pol Pot.
