Nhan Tha aka Smei, soldier of State Commerce, confessed that Tum, combatant of State Commerce, was a traitorous network of Rouen. In between 1975 and 1976, Tum received a plot from Roeun to collect weapons for preparing to fight back the revolution, to destroy crops and materials, and to collect gold and US dollar for being ready fleeing to Thailand.
ឈ្មោះ ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ទុំ យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ជាខ្សែរយៈក្បត់ របស់ឈ្មោះ រឿន។ នៅចន្លោះឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៦ ទុំបានទទួល ផែនការពី រឿន ឱ្យប្រមូលអាវុធត្រៀមទុកវាយបដិវត្ដ បំផ្លាញដំណាំ សម្ភារៈ និងប្រមូលមាស ដុល្លារត្រៀមរត់ទៅសៀម។
