Three and half years after Cambodia was turn by a civil was and devastated by American bombing the country 10 feeding itself one more and even resuming rice export. Cambodian leaders have claimed a modest rice surplus for two years, but many foreign analysts have expressed doubt and said any export would mean hunger or starvation at home.
