Nhan Tha aka Smei, soldier of State Commerce, confessed that Ra, combatant of State Commerce Supply, received a plot from Roeun, cadre of platoon, State Commerce, to destroy crops and to assassinate main leaders in Phnom Penh.
ឈ្មោះ ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ រ៉ា យុទ្ធជនផ្នែកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានទទួលផែនការ ពីឈ្មោះ រឿន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូចផ្នែកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ឱ្យបំផ្លាញដំណាំរដ្ឋ និងសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលដឹកនាំសំខាន់ៗ នៅកុ្នងក្រុងភំ្នពេញ។
