Nhan Tha aka Smei, soldier of State Commerce, confessed that Rei, combatant of State Commerce Supply Office, was the traitorous network of Roeun, cadre of platoon, State Commerce. In October 1975, Phoeun received a plot from Roeun to hide weapons for being ready to attack the revolution, and to destroy revolutionary equipment.
ឈ្មោះ ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ភឿន យុទ្ធជននៅមនី្ទរផ្នែកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ជាមហាជនក្បត់របស់ឈ្មោះ រឿន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូច ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ។ នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៥ ភឿន បានទទួល ផែនការពីឈ្មោះ រឿន ឱ្យប្រមូលអាវុធលាក់ទុកដើម្បីវាយបដិវត្ដ និងបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈបដិវត្ដ។
