Nhan Tha aka Smei, soldier of State Commerce, confessed that in between 1975-1976, Kha, combatant of State Commerce, received a plot from Roeun to destroy revolutionary materials, and to collect weapons for being ready to fight back the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា នៅចន្លោះឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ខា ជាយុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរ ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានទទួលផែនការពី រឿន ឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ បដិវត្ដ និងប្រមូលអាវុធលាក់ទុកត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដ។
