The people of Kampuchea are well aware that the fight they are presently waging is the fight of all the countries of Southeast. Asia and the world of defend their independence. He appealed to all contries of the world to : demand the cessation of Vietnamese aggression, refuse to recognize the Vietnamese imtalled in Phnom Penh stop all aid to Vietnam.
