Le président Carter a ordonnè l'envoie d'urgence par avion d'armes á la Thailande á la suite de l'inseursion de troupes Vietnam-Cambodgiennes sur le territoire de celle-ci la semaine derniére. The UN agencies and the red cross have finally given in to demands that they should end their relief aperations on the Thai-Kampuchea border and concentrate their efforts within the country in liaison with the Vietnamese backed Heng Samrin government.
