It was good to see the appaling Cambodian refugee problem given such prominence. Many of the refugees pushed back have been lanfuisting in thai camps since 1975. Heng Samrin admited that food is ''Veng diffreult'' at the moment, but a great effort is being made toget sufficient rice planted for the raining season.
