Heary fighting was reported 15 miles inside Cambodia and Thailand's Prime Minister called on the UN to send an impection team to the frontier. The Cambodian government would bar UN Trueks loaded with good and medical supplies in Phnom Penh to open their borders for relief to the people who are suffering so greatly.
