|
A security council resolution seeking the withdrawal of Vietnamese military forces from Cambodia was vetoed today by the Soviet union. The Russians argue that the resolution amounted to interference in Cambodia's internal affairs and that the council should have permeated representatives of the new regime in Phnom Penh to speak.
