Hin Han, soldier of Phnom Penh municipal commerce hospital, confessed that in 1975, Oeun, deputy chief of Phnom Penh commerce 50-member unit, joined the Free Khmer in Siem Reap province. In April 1975, Oeun convinced him [Hin Han]to serve the Free Khmer; moreover, he illegally released Eng, second class lieutenant, and convened [his network] to join the plan to burn down rice warehouses and to assassinate 4 drivers called An, Roeun, Run, and Nim.
ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ិន ហាន យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង បានសារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ អឿន អនុកងហាពាណិជ្ជកម្មភំ្នពេញ បាន ចូលខ្មែរសេរីនៅសៀមរាប។ នៅខែ ៤-១៩៧៥ អឿន បាន ឃោសនាឱ្យខ្លួន«ហាន»ចូលខ្មែរសេរីបាន។ អឿន បានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពដោះលែងទាហានសកិ្ក ១ អេង, ប្រជុំផែនការ ដុតឃ្លាំងអង្ករ និងសម្លាប់អ្នកបើកឡានអស់ចំនួន ៤ នាក់ មានឈ្មោះ អាន, រឿន, រុន, និង នីម។
