Hin Han, soldier of Phnom Penh municipal commerce hospital, admitted that in February, 1975 Da, commander of Phnom Penh commerce platoon, was indoctrinated to join the Free Khmer by Len. In June 1976, Da joined the meeting and accepted traitorous plan at a place located in the north of Phsar Chass market, and took part in an activity of burning down rice warehouses in the north of Phsar Chass market. There was the name list of 17 people, working in the Ministry of Commerce, involved in enemy's confession.
ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ិន ហាន យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង បានសារភាពថា នៅខែ២-១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ដា បញ្ជាការអនុសេនាតូចពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ភំ្នពេញ បានចូលខ្មែរសេរី តាមការអប់រំរបស់ឈ្មោះ ឡេន។ ខែ៦-១៩៧៦ ដា បានចូលរួមប្រជុំពីផែនការក្បត់ នៅខាងជើង ផ្សារចាស់ និងរួមដុតឃ្លាំងអង្ករនៅខាងជើងផ្សារថ្មី។ មនុស្សនៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋចំនួន ១៧នាក់ ជាប់កុ្នងចម្លើយខ្មាំង។
