Hin Han, soldier of municipal commerce, admitted that Rann, deputy commander of state commerce battalion, joined the Free Khmer in May 1974, through the nomination of Cheng; before the liberation, Rann convinced combatants to surrender to enemies and to flee to homes.
ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ិន ហាន យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ រ៉ាន់ អនុបញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូចពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានចូលខ្មែរសេរីនៅ ខែ៥-១៩៧៤ តាមរយៈឈ្មោះ ចេង។ មុនរំដោះ រ៉ាន់ បានចលនា យុវជនឱ្យរត់ចូលខ្មាំង និងរត់ទៅផ្ទះ។
